In 1996, at 23 he led the Marian Choir to a World Concert Tour and Pilgrimage  and became the youngest international Pilipino  conductor .  Since then, he has conducted different choirs performing in the Philippines and abroad.

As Lay Coordinator of Musicaviteno – Diocesan Ministry on Liturgical Music Inc. from 2005-2009, he helped organized the 1st Choral and Liturgical Workshop in 2005. Followed by 2 more workshops in 2006 and 2008. Under his leadership,  he organized the 1st Diocesan Choir Festival  in 2005 and helped established the Our Lady of the Pillar Cathedral Choir – the official Choir of the Diocese of Imus.

As Tour Manager and Coordinator, he organized the 1996, 2002, 2007 International tours of the Marian Choir, 2000 World Concert Tour of the San Beda College Choir, 2003 North American Tour of the Mapua Institute of Technology Concert Singers and helped in the 2004 European Tour of the Voice of Manila while also serving as conductor/pianist of the groups.

He was the youngest artistic committee member of the 1st Choir Olympics (now World Choir Games) in 2000 in Linz, Austria.

As pianist, organist and conductor, he has performed in different cities in Europe, Canada, United States of America, Mexico and Asia
